Dressage Show Information in the Las Vegas Area

Welcome to the 2009 show season! Here are a few helpful tips if you show at rated shows. If you wish to compete at the DDA Championship Show and/or compete for DDA Year End Awards, here are some basic helpful tips before you enter in your first show. Links have been provided for you regarding other required memberships.

• Renew/obtain membership with the Desert Dressage Association for rider and owner.
• If competing for DDA awards, pay horse nomination fee of $10/year or $50/lifetime.
• If competing for national awards, sign up for USDF Participating Membership.
  • If not, don't pay USDF anything extra. The DDA will pay your GMO membership to USDF for you.
• Renew/obtain USEF membership for rider and owner.
• Renew/obatin USEF Lifetime membership or HID for horse.
• Renew/obtain USDF Lifetime membership or HID for horse.

Before your first show, print all of your cards ,for horse, rider, and owner at www.eqverification.org .

Go to the DASC website and the CDS website if you need to print their cards.

DDA IS A GREEN GMO, SO YOU NEVER HAVE TO PRINT CARDS FOR HORSE AND RIDER. FIND YOUR NAME AND YOUR HORSE'S NAMES ON SHOW MANAGER'S ROSTER ON THE SHOW MANAGER'S PAGE.
